As a Business Consultant you will be responsible for building and maintaining our client relations. We're looking for someone that has a strong set of analytical and communication skills. You will work closely with other business consultants to identify key opportunities and build data-driven strategies to boost our clients' business. Of course, we will be there to teach, help and guide you along the way!
About the job
What you will do
- Implementation of software for our commodity exposed clients, which involves process- and data analytics, documentation technical configuration using the RadarRadar User Interface, PowerBI and SQL Server programming
- Analyze related business processes and commodity transaction data
- Design and implement reports according to client specifications
- Interface with product and business specialists on implementation of the solutions
- SAAS Support Services addressing questions, bugs and cloud service related matters
- Standardizing implementation processes, including documentation, templates and other related items
- Input to the business proposition and in particular product roadmap
- Fully understand and build (demo) functionalities. This includes being able to process client data into the RadarRadar system and build clear dashboards out of these data. I.e. Model the data in such a way that information is visible and clearly explainable
- Think along with business development/application development items. How can we improve the current application and or the current methods of working? (Practically this means thinking along in knowledge transfer sessions/design sessions/architecture sessions/UX-UI sessions
- Calculations. Get to know the concepts of Risk Management and how these are incorporated in the RadarRadar application
- Being able to handle raw datasheets and process these in to clear and workable dashboards in the RadarRadar web-application
What you will bring
- 3 years working experience
- Highly Skilled in Microsoft technology, including PowerBI, Azure, SQL Server, in particular in T-SQL programming
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- Affinity to systems, computer programming desirable
- Comfortable with complexity and pursuit of excellent results
- Balances hard skills with interpersonal ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A real team player that is not afraid to take initiatives
- CTRM/ETRM industry experience strong plus
- Interest in physical commodities and financial futures industries
- Business driven on IT implementation projects
- Appreciates to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Based in the US
- Willing to travel on occasion
