We’re looking for Customer Support who will roll up their sleeves and help us in assisting customers with product related queries and concerns. As Customer Support you need to be a real team-player with a proactive mindset. Of course, we will be there to teach, help and guide you along the way! About the job

What you will do:

  • Manage & Lead Technical Inquiries and ad-hoc support requests or questions from customers.
  • Optimizing & enhancing customer support and software documentation
  • Managing customer change requests
  • Continuous customer interaction on data & application inquiries
  • Debugging & scripting in T-SQL
  • Analysis on available and missing data/ data-elements
  • System and user interface configuration

What you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer support
  • Skilled in SQL Server, particularly in T-SQL programming!
  • Education at least to Bachelors level
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong ability to translate IT related concepts into business language.
  • Understanding of Data Models and Relational Databases
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with complexity and pursuit of excellent results
  • Balances hard skills with interpersonal ability
  • Language skills (fluent in English)
  • Based in the Netherlands
