We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes and provide support in various back-office functions. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company’s success.
What you will do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their fit for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while maintaining communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Assist in back-office tasks such as documentation, record-keeping, and administrative support to ensure operational efficiency
- Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and policies
- Provide assistance in office tasks including but not limited to arranging travel arrangements for team members or visiting candidates, handling ad hoc administrative such as festive gifts, etc.
What you will bring:
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a track record of successful placements
- Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar software
- Experience with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail
