We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Associate to join the RadarRadar team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales & Marketing Lead with a wide range of sales and marketing initiatives that will help drive business growth, and increase client acquisition and retention.
What you will do:
- Work with the S&M lead to create yearly marketing strategy, including content calendar, messaging framework, and processes
- Support in the development and execution of offline and online marketing initiatives, both internal and external, such as case studies, product brochures, and presentations
- Organize, create, (and participate) in international conferences, workshops, and webinars
- Manage the further development of the LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns
- Manage the maintenance and improvement of RadarRadar website, including SEO strategies
- Support in the development of geographic/targeted marketing initiatives
- Support in product marketing initiatives, presentations, and demo setups
- Work with the lead to manage yearly sales strategies per geo, target industry, tools, processes, and customer success (for retention and up selling)
- Coordinate and assist in the maintenance and creation of new (new business) and existing (customer success) partnerships for Europe, USA, and Asia
- Support the sales team with the sales processes, from lead generation to closing stage
- Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can improve marketing & sales performance
- Support the lead in execution of regular status and performance reports for Management and Board
- Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to improve marketing and sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, and engineering, to ensure the success of the sales & marketing initiatives
- Support in analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, using data-driven insights to improve performance and optimize strategies
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Preferably experience in graphical design and tools
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in PowerPoint, CRM, and marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp
- Understanding of SEO and other digital marketing strategies
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make data-driven decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Eager to learn and develop yourself and others around you
- Appreciates to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Based in the Netherlands
