We're specifically looking for an IT Operations Associate who will roll up their sleeves and help us in creating, managing, and securing our cloud infrastructure.
About the job
What you will do
- Designing and implementing Azure infrastructure to meet business needs related to Compute, storage, networking, etc.
- Monitoring of resources and acting on any anomaly or vulnerability.
- Securing resources to meet the desired security level.
- Troubleshooting issues with windows server VM, App Service, Application Gateway, SQL Server, etc.
- Analysis of various Logs and Matrices as per requirement.
- Azure Active Directory administration for identities and access control.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO regulations and standards.
- Capacity and change management.
- Azure Backup and SQL Database restore.
- Disaster Recovery Drills.
- Occasional Night Shift.
What you will bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Azure Administration.
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 administration.
- Skilled in SQL Server, and T-SQL queries.
- Skilled in Windows server management.
- Skilled in Azure Loganalytics and security/monitoring tools.
- Education at least to bachelor's level.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong ability to translate IT related concepts into business language.
- Comfortable with complexity and pursuit of excellent results.
- Balances hard skills with interpersonal ability.
- Language skills (fluent in English).
